Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a design-driven enterprise. Our in-house team handles product R&D and industrial design, while we hold equity in our core manufacturing facility with dedicated QC personnel stationed on-site. From the first sketch to the final carton, the entire chain operates under our unified control — this isn’t outsourcing, it’s integrated collaboration.
Q: Can I get samples?
Yes. We offer paid samples with full sample fee refund upon bulk order confirmation. Sample shipping is collect by default.
Q: Are your products certified?
Our products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international safety and quality standards. Every unit passes our in-house testing protocol before shipment. If third-party certification is required, we can provide samples for your independent testing.
