Kevin Yuhui | Founder of YUHE Design
From product design to product innovation, Kevin has spent over two decades.
In 2001, he entered the fitness equipment industry, starting with sample making and progressing through product design, structural optimization, packaging, cost analysis, and manufacturing execution—completing the entire journey from concept to mass production. He later applied his methodology to cross-industry R&D in medical care products, hunting gear, and other fields, developing his own closed-loop process: User Needs → Design → Engineering Optimization → Sample Validation → Manufacturing Realization.
In 2017, he began offering independent services in product innovation and engineering implementation to clients. In 2021, he founded Wuhan Yuhe Design Co., Ltd., with the goal of building an integrated platform that connects Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing—helping global clients turn their ideas into market-ready, best-selling products.

Our founding team served as domestic OEM Production Managers for Big Game , responsible for manufacturing process optimization and quality control. Over five years, we deeply understood one fact: treestands are not ordinary products—they carry the weight of hunters’ safety. We ensured every batch of products remained stable and reliable in North America’s demanding wilderness environments.
Evolution (2011-2022): From Execution to Collaboration
Sourced components, conducted factory audits, and provided technical support for products sold under X-Stand, Muddy, and Hawk Hunting while working in specialized foreign trade firms.
Quality Management: Implemented North American standards, ensuring products withstand extreme weather and rough use
Technical Development: Participated in R&D meetings, translating brand concepts into executable engineering solutions
Component Sourcing: Integrated domestic supply chain resources, helping brands optimize cost structures

In 2023, we independently developed our Saddle Kit and hang-on treestands, climbing sticks product lines. From concept design to sample testing, we refined every detail—transforming years of experience into our own product capabilities.
